Rainbow

Rainbow

It was thursday evening
when the rain had just stopped
and the sun was back again

I looked outside the window
and saw this beautiful array of VIBGYOR,
Bending from one end of the sky to the other
with the clouds clinging around this bow

So, there was this pond
with a water fountain surrounded with trees
with leaves that were yellow,red, green and orange

what a sight it was ,
the child inside me was awakened with the same excitement
as it had several years ago after seeing the rainbow
amongst those snowcapped mountains !
